TOU* is both a private and a public communication App. We are undecided about how and if we monitor the private messages currently. However, users need to be aware that negative/aggressive/abusive messages will not encourage the recipient to continue reading the content and will not have a positive impact on your relationship.
With respect to your public data, for example your ‘Legacy’, we will perform approval checks before these are posted to protect users and their friends & families.
These guidelines apply equally to all content and users on TOU. While we may not be able to anticipate every situation that comes up, we provide these guidelines as a general basis for content that is not permitted on TOU. We reserve the sole right and discretion to determine if content is in violation of our Community Guidelines.
The following content is prohibited from TOU either publicly or if left privately for a minor:
We reserve the right to add guidelines for private use of TOU.
If you violate our Community Guidelines, we reserve the sole right and discretion to determine the resulting consequences. This may include removing the prohibited content, suspending, or terminating your account, and/or notifying appropriate law enforcement officials. Please respect our platform by taking these guidelines seriously and by using TOU for its intended purpose.
